Sorry Ive been MIA - I just got back from a 5 week vacation to see my family and friends, and also spent a week in Hawaii. And yes, it looks just like it does in postcards - AMAZING. What surprises me most is that I did not diet the whole time and managed to come home at 105 pounds...which is pretty crazy. BUT, I did drop to a reeeeally low weight right before I got there - maybe even 100 pounds AND because I had been dieting for such a long time my stomach had shrunk and I just was not able to eat as much as I used to.
So, today I'm weighing in at 105, but of course I want to be smaller and toned so I need to sit down this week and put together a new plan of attack - diet and workout plan. Will post once Ive got it figured out. Until then I can get some thinspiration going because after living like a wild child for three weeks I am definitly going to need it. Plus, I found this rad website so Im going to post some cute tips from that for everyone. :)
