Feed your dog the food

Say you're trying to make your skin better to avoid food like white bread and chocolate
Spicy foods raise your metabolism
Use sweetener instead of sugar
Instead of milk use unsweetened light soya milk (21 cals per 100mls)
Don't overdo it at the gym otherwise you won't find it enjoyable and it will feel like a chore so you will be discouraged from going next time
Have a couple of teaspoons of apple cider vinegar a day, it's really good for weight loss
Drink lots of green tea or take green tea capsules, also good for weight loss
Sleep atleast 8 hours a night, lack of sleep leads to hunger
Write your goal weight on your hand and look at it throughout the day
The later you eat, the slower your metabolism is, hence making you fatter
Find out what is your prime binging hour and go to the gym in that time
Cold baths/showers speed the metabolism and encourages the body to burn fat
Eat infront of the mirror
Eat off a small dark plate
Brush your teeth - food tastes disgusting after
Buy lush clothes that are way too small for you
Be vain, we are "too good" to eat that food
Put a picture of your goal body in your wallet, everytime you want to buy some food you will see it
Never stop moving
Put all the money you would spend on food in a jar. When it's full go and buy something nice
Keep a food diary, everytime you are tempted to binge remember that you will have to write it in your diary later
Instead of binging on food.....
Clean something gross or clean your room
Put nail polish on
Make a book with pictures of models and celebs, that you wish you looked liked. Everytime you're about to binge, look at your Thinsperation book.
Go to pro-ana sites/work on your own site
Drink lots of water
Exercise
Give yourself a makeover to distract yourself
Call a friend
Study yourself in the mirror
Look at a naked picture of yourself to remind you you're still fat
Watch fat people eat - it will turn you off
Listen to the gross sound of other people eating
Go for a relaxing walk outside and listen to your ipod
Email a buddy
Read
Get out an exercise or aerobic DVD
Drink Diet Soda
Get on the scale (although I find it a binge trigger if I've gained weight)
Go to a friend's place who's cupboards you can't just go and raid
Suck ice cubes
Have some mints
Watch a gripping film
Snap a hairband on your wrist, Food = Pain
Ask yourself before you eat "Do I really need this?"

Skinny Sass Tips
Daily Diet
Here is what I ate today....
Unfortunately I did not do as great as I had hoped. We had these amazing candies at work that were only 30 calories a piece, and then a new sushi restaurant opened up in town and I had dinner there, so I doubt that the scale will be dropping tomorrow but if I did my calculations correctly then I still wouldn't have gained any.
Weight this morning: 105 pounds
- 6 oz. orange juice 75 calories
- Turkey sandwich 190 calories
- 40 grams All Bran cereal 112 calories
- Candy 240 calories
- 10 seedless green grapes 37 calories
- 8 California Rolls (sushi) 270 calories
- 1 serving yoplait yogurt 100 calories
Total = 1024 calories
BMR: 1280.6 - 1024 = 256.6 calories deficit for the day
So, the best way to control what I eat tomorrow is to plan out every bite - make sure that I stay away from that sushi place and not eat any candy =)
Weight Update
OK, here is an update!
Weight yesterday: 106 pounds
Diet yesterday:
- 1 piece toast 105 cal.
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter 188 cal.
- 6 oz. orange juice 75 cal.
- turkey sandwich 190 cal.
- 20 grapes 71 cal.
- weight watchers yogurt berry drink 193 cal.
Total calorie intake: 822 calories
BMR: 1280.6 - 822 = 458.6 calorie deficit for the day
BUT, I also went to the gym yesterday and did strength training for 40 minutes and then ran one mile on the treadmill. =)
Today I weighed myself and I am down to 105 pounds! =) 5 pounds left to lose!! That's it!! But, we all know the last few pounds are the hardest, so will have to be more strict with the diet and cut waaay down on calories.
And now for some thinspiration to keep me going and to remind myself that if I just keep it up that I will look perfect and sassy and cute!!! Woo hoo!

I am losing weight....

I am totally losing weight. I didn't eat very much yesterday and I plan to eat even fewer calories today. I guess I switched it up to a calorie restricted diet:
I am 5'1 and this morning I weighed 106 pounds!!! Yes! 6 pounds away from my goal weight!
My thinspiration for today is.....

If you have seen the movie 'The Machinist", then you witnessed the 6 foot tall Christian Bale drop from 185 pounds to 122!!!
How did he do it?
One apple and one can of Tuna a day. That's it.
