
So, today is going to be my first day back at the gym in a looong time. Here is my plan of attack:
Monday: Cardio, Upper body strength training
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Cardio, Lower body strength training
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Cardio, Upper body strength training
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Cardio, Lower body strength training
I don't have an eating schedule exactly, but I am going to work on eating six small meals a day, and not eating after 8pm. I'm also going to focus on lean proteins, potassium, whole grains, fruit and veges.
Current weight : 108 pounds (yikes!)
I don't necessarily want to be a super low weight, but I do want to be toned all over - so that is my goal for the moment. A super flat rock hard stomach would be nice.... :)
And, here is some inspiration to keep in my mind while I sweat it out on the treadmill....
